- 5 Якщо́ я забу́ду за тебе, о Єрусалиме, — хай забуде за мене прави́ця моя!
- 6 Нехай мій язик до мого піднебі́ння прили́пне, якщо́ я не бу́ду тебе пам'ята́ти, якщо́ не поставлю я Єрусалима над радість найвищу свою́!..
- 7 Пам'ятай же, о Господи, едо́мським синам про день Єрусалиму, як кричали вони: „Руйнуйте, руйнуйте аж до підва́лин його́!“
- 8 Вавилонськая до́чко, що маєш і ти ограбо́вана бути, — блажен, хто заплатить тобі за твій чин, що ти нам заподі́яла!
- 9 Блажен, хто ухо́пить та порозбиває об скелю і твої немовля́та!
